Reason for selection:
For a beaty salon named gONDE=rippleh, dressers have been built that reflect changing views of the surroundings. The characteristics of stainless steel to present various reflections depending on various surface finishes are utilized for realizing this variation .
The dressers are made into furniture where the reflection surfaces that include the mirrors, while sliding by 90 degrees, overlap with each other three-dimensionally and then link together. The reflective portions of the dressers consist of mirror glass and such various finishes of stainless steel as scoured, mirror, vibration, urethane-transparent coating to project the surroundings with changed reflection rates.
The reflections cover outside views, window sashes, interiors and persons.
The applicantfs aim is to moderate a strong and stereotyped impression of the beauty salon and its mirrors and to create views that melt into space and spread like ripples through this arrangement..
