Reason for selection: Yarn texturing
machines for high-level processing of synthetic fiber are equipped with heaters,
in which the captioned guide funnels are used. The mechanism
is to heat threads with the heating medium. Conventionally, dual structured round
stainless steel pipes are used for the funnels but in the applicant’s new
product, slit-type pipes have been adopted, requiring the cross-section of the
pipes to be very complicated.After repeated trial and error, the applicant has finally succeeded in
developing the current configuration to satisfy the designing parameters
and has made a contribution to drastically raise the efficiency of the
texturing machines.
